Position: Administrative Assistant 
Location: York

Salary: Starting at £17,400 per annum

About the role: 

Are you a good team player who genuinely enjoys working with others? Are you a confident communicator, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of people? We are looking for a conscientious and cooperative individual to join our regional team in York and provide first-class administrative support. 

The purpose of the role is to support to the regional team by undertaking tasks such as developing and maintaining the membership database and computer systems, organising meetings and managing diary appointments. Previous experience in a fast-paced clerical role is therefore essential, as is the ability to prioritise effectively and manage your own workload. 

You will be required to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including an excellent telephone manner. As a team player, you will enjoy working closely with your colleagues, whilst also having the ability to use your own initiative as required.

You should be proficient with computers and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as GCSE English at Grade C, or equivalent.
