Vehicle Sales Administrator, Nissan Leeds, Lookers plc

A fantastic opportunity has opened up within Lookers Nissan Leeds for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our team. As a Vehicle Sales Administrator, you will support with the day to day running of our operations department in providing high quality administration to our sales executives.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

What you'll do

    Organise, schedule and diarise RFL renewals, V5 updates, and insurance coverTaxing and invoicing fleet, new and used cars.Raising purchase orders for maintenance work requiredLiaising with customers and dealing with their enquiriesInputting stock details on group's computer system.Arranging new car deliveries with drivers.Liaising with delivery agents to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a very high standard.Working closely with group dealers and customers to ensure payment is received on time.Perform general ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need

    Previous car sales administration experience is essential and experience of working within fleet administration would be as advantageComputer Literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and WordKerridge /ADP experience would be advantageousConfident communication skills and a professional telephone mannerStrong organisational skills and acute attention to detailAbility to work successfully as a team player with a thorough approach to work,
  • Helpful and customer focused person who enjoys administrative work
