What you'd be doing

The successful candidate will work primarily with the Malpractice team within the Compliance Unit. Your main area of work will be investigating suspected malpractice, breaches of our regulations that threaten the integrity of our exams. Principally you would be:
  • Managing the collection of evidence to address suspected malpractice concerns.
  • Reviewing evidence to decide whether malpractice has occurred.
  • Deciding on outcomes that are justified and reasonable.
  • Providing guidance to our customers on our regulations.
  • Reviewing processes, procedures and external guidelines to ensure we are always following best practice.
    You would also support the wider Compliance Unit as required.
