Finance Administrator
The Firm:
Our client is a lovely finance firm based in the Swindon area - providing clients with exceptional service all over the country. Now due to continued grow of a US client they manage - they need an additional finance assistant team member to join them.

The role:
Dealing with:
• Receipts and allocations and raising some sales invoices and journals.
• Responding to client emails
• Speaking to customers on the phone
• Working in a small team within a larger office of similar size teams
• While some of the tasks are of a quite repetitive nature it does require a high level of attention to detail.

The Person:
• Either just passed an AAT level qualification or have experience in a similar role
• Much have a good level or Maths & English
• Good team player
• Hard working and "can do attitude"
• High attention to detail

• Flexible on hours - either 35 or 40 hours - start/finish time can be moved slightly

• We would be looking at a salary somewhere between 17k-19k depending on experience.
• Promote from within
• Provide flexi hours for staff self-funding their AAT
• Free parking
