Supported Housing Officer
Supported Housing Officer
Hft is one of the leading learning disability charities in the country, providing support for 3,000 people with a learning disability and employing around 3000 staff. Operationally, we have been and continue to be innovative in recognising and championing good support, whilst taking an alternative view at how support is provided. Our efforts are sector leading and recognised and observed by CQC and local authorities who provide most of the funding for care packages.
We believe in a world where anyone with a learning disability can live within their community with all the choice and support they need to live the best life possible. Our specialist teams use their skills and expertise to deliver services to people including those with the most complex of needs. Hft’s dedicated housing department manages our supported living tenancies, and also acts as a management agency for third party landlords.
