Care in Mind is a specialist service providing NHS funded intensive mental health packages and residential placements across the North of England for young people aged 16-30. We have a great track record in successfully stepping down some of the most complex young people to community settings from inpatient or secure settings. We specialise in working with young people with a diagnosis of emerging PD and / or complex PTSD but work with a range of mental health presentations.

Position: Partnership Development Manager
Location: Head office, Stockport (commutable from Sheffield, Macclesfield, Warrington and surrounding areas)
Job type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £Negotiable dependent on experience

About the role:

The post holder will have a proven track record of developing relationships at all levels within commissioning and provider organisations in both the health and social care sectors and will have the ability to establish new relationships and development opportunities that will assist the growth objectives of the organisation.

About you:

Knowledge and experience of the commissioning environment in mental health will be key and experience of successfully managing bids and tenders would be welcomed. In the initial phase, there will be a need for flexibility, the role encompassing the management and reporting of occupancy, relationships with key stakeholders and more strategic development work. Over time we would expect that a larger team will develop, within which the postholder will take a key role.
