Events Sales Assistant

No Experience Necessary!

LCS is a Newcastle-based event marketing company, specialising in connecting worldwide brands with local markets, via live events across the city. Our client has massive growth goals and so do we! We want to expand into Edinburgh, Liverpool, Canada and LA by the end of 2019. To help us meet our expansion goals, we are actively seeking competitive, self-motivated individuals to fill multiple Events Sales Assistant openings.

Don't have any events or sales experience? No problem! In-house training and on-site guidance is standard for all new starts, so no experience is necessary! As long as you are coachable, committed and able to work well within a team that thrives on friendly competition, this could be right up your street!

As an Events Sales Assistant you will be cross-trained in all aspects of:
  • Sales / Marketing / Customer Service
  • Recruitment and Team Leadership
  • Client and Consumer Relations
  • Business Development / Management Training

Events Sales Assistant applicants should:
  • Be over 18 years of age and eligible to work in the UK
  • Be willing and able to commute to Newcastle City Centre
  • Have a good student mentality and be willing to learn new skills
  • Have confident communication skills and enjoy working with customers

  • Be competitive and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done

Those successful at the preliminary interview will be invited to spend a day observing one of our advisors at an event. As this is a part of the interview process, applicants will not be compensated and expenses will not be covered. Our contractors and self-employed and paid on commission only for their completed sales, all earnings are uncapped therefore the harder you work the more you can earn! Our events can take place up to 20 miles from our office and candidates will be expected to travel.
