We currently have opportunities for part-time Programme Officers at our Guy’s Campus at London Bridge.

The first post is in our Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine Education Support Service, and is 14 hours per week across Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, but some flexibility may be possible. For more information please contact Mandeep Dhaliwal (

The second post is available in the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, based at Guy’s and consisting 21 hours per week. The postholder is required to be present Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, working 9-5 each day. For more information please contact Reagan McCloud (

As a Programme Officer you will be on the front-line of service delivery, supporting students and academics. Programme Officers are the first point of contact for face-to-face queries, on the phone or via electronic media, and are responsible for undertaking core activities essential to the delivery of services underpinning the student lifecycle.

With knowledge of regulations and processes and an eye for accuracy and detail, the Programme Officer plays an essential role in ensuring that the whole of student lifecycle activities are experienced by students and staff in a seamless and effective manner.

The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £24,771 to £27,830 per annum (pro rata) inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance (pro rata).

This post will be offered on an indefinite basis.


This is a part-time role.


The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment.
