As Lettings Negotiator, you will... Be responsible for achieving personal and branch forecasts while maintaining the highest standards of customer care and ethical conduct Build alliances with key local employers and developers in the community Registering enquiries from prospective landlords and tenants and booking assessments/viewings. Give directive to team and assist with reaching branch targets. Advise landlords of their legal obligations and keep both them and applicants informed of progress To succeed, the ideal candidate Be highly professional and well-presented Be proactive, persuasive and results-driven Be a strong influencer with good customer service skills Possess impressive networking and relationship-building abilities to gain instruction on potential lettings properties Have an excellent telephone manner You must have a full UK driving licence This would be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career and develop in a well established, growing company.
