Our professional client is seeking an experienced Conference Coordinator & Receptionist to join a young and dynamic organisation in a varied customer focused role, delivering exceptional customer service within the Bedfordshire Business Community on a Permanent or Temp- Perm basis.

Your duties will include:-
  • Operating the Reception area on a full-time basis
  • Welcoming visitors to the centre and assist in directing them accordingly
  • Collect, sort and distribute all post
  • Answer all calls and deal with enquiries appropriately
  • Be responsible for all conference enquiries, bookings and invoicing
  • Manage the calendar and bookings for all meeting rooms
  • Service all meeting room bookings
  • Assist with banking and invoicing
  • Take the lead in organising & hosting networking events

Previous experience in events/hospitality would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will:-
  • Be highly self-motivated
  • Have previous Sales/Customer Service/ Hospitality experience
  • Be presentable
  • Have strong people skills
  • Be IT literate to a good level
  • Have good administrative skills

This position is Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5pm paying circa £19,000 depending on experience.

Transport required due to location.
