Excellent communication skills verbal and written be able to communicate with suppliers and customers?

Good use of Excel?

Be able to use V look up and familiar with spreadsheets?

This role is suitable for a bright enthusiastic individual with a dynamic personality to manage buying support function of branded fast moving commodity products. One must be confident to deal with existing supplier base and ability to make quick decisions and prioritise business offers and seek to increase profitability.

  • Understand the product portfolio.
  • Enquire & Collate product offers on a daily basis from Buying function & its key Suppliers.
  • Prepare product offers in right format and user friendly manner.
  • Calculate Selling price by accounting for distribution cost & target profit
  • Understand customer base for a specific product offers to be sent.
  • Priorities supplier Offers by evaluating their time scales and availability.
  • Track influx of all offers coming from Suppliers.
  • Understand strengths of each suppliers and their product portfolio.
  • Follow up on offers sent and put them on offer Tracker on a daily basis with date, time and action required.
  • Confirm in writing to the Suppliers for the stock sold and get it reserved.
  • Complete paper work with correct information for a purchase order to be raised and inform all the requirement of the deal to logistics department e.g.
  • Delivery date.
  • Quantity of Sale
  • Delivery point.
  • Agreed buying price and Selling Price.
  • Meet weekly Key Performance indicators for your Job.
  • Manage offer management process.
  • Prepare spreadsheet for the sales and profit for each deal, which has materialised on a daily basis.
  • Update on a daily basis number of offers received and suppliers which been chased for the offers.
  • Provide and discuss offer tracker to myself at the end of each day.


1) Graduate level with degree in business studies, Sales or Marketing, Some office experience is desirable.

2) Good with numbers and ability to work with figures.

3) Experience in suppliers or customer liaison.

4) Good communicator with phone manners and abundance of Confidence.

5) Positive mental Attitude with Entrepreneurial style

6) Excellent Prioritisation, Planning and organisational skills.

7) Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 package Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

8) Friendly, Assertive, flexible with diplomatic skills.

9) Positive attitude and willing to Learn and Grow.
