Administrator Location: Winnersh Salary: £20-21,000 + benefits My client based in Winnersh is looking to recruit a Healthcare Insurance Administrator to join their team. The Administrator will have excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner, along with strong problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail. On a daily basis you will be require to provide excellent support to internal staff Daily Duties Develop, maintain and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with colleagues at all levels Respond to queries in a pro-active manner Co-ordinate administration of schemes including invoicing, membership data, claims data, communication materials and other associated queries Ensure that client records are accurate, up to date and in the correct format Maintain client records and data in line with systems and protocols Undertake ad hoc project work where required Promote and comply with the financial & industry regulations and legislations Knowledge & Skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel & Outlook Quick & accurate keyboard skills Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills including telephone manner High standard of literacy & numeracy Ability to work as a team and individually using common sense at all times Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads High level of accuracy & attention to detail Ability to retain & recall information and a good aptitude for problem solving Strong team player with a passionate approach for work Good standard of general education
