Job Title: Quality Administrator

Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience)

Summary of Position:

Our client who provide a multiple of solutions to the care market, based in Kings Lynn are looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team. The Quality Administrator will be expected to plan, direct and drive quality improvement and efficiency across all business practices. Whilst also establishing a positive safety culture ensuring the company meets all legal requirements across compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop a deep understanding of the core business procedures
  • To analyse, refine and document core business processes to drive quality and efficiently
  • To regularly communicate and educate the wider business on approved business practice and procedures
  • To maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant compliance legislation and best practice
  • To establish and undertake a planned schedule of auditing activity and follow through corrective actions
  • To work collaboratively with external specialists to maintain and deliver to a schedule of improvement
  • To strategically plan phasing of improvement and development projects to reduce risk and limit disruption
  • To uphold business standards to orchestrate external audits to preserve company accreditations
  • To lead in creating a climate in which individuals understand their compliance responsibilities and their values
  • To conduct regular risk assessments, identifying areas of weakness or non-compliance within the business
  • To establish a programme of training and induction of all employees

  • Confident and decisive in their own judgement
  • A drive for time bound completion of tasks
  • Ability to work in, and adapt to, a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other to complete tasks and implement process improvement

Skills & Experience:
  • Recent and relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience of formulating, implementing and revising business procedure to drive quality and compliance
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to direct others
  • The ability to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions
  • To challenge current thinking across the business and formulate and present new practices

Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
