Are you looking for new and exciting opportunity to work with an established financial company who really appreciate their staff based in the Woking area?

My client is currently looking for a enthusiastic and motivated individual and you will join a lovely sociable team of administrators dealing with all client enquires and documentation.

Duties:
  • Work closely with the Advisors maintaining diary entries
  • Answer telephone calls and dealing with enquiries accordingly
  • Scanning and filling of confidential information
  • Distribute all incoming post to the correct person
  • Send out Welcome letters and documentations to new clients
  • Update daily reports
  • Composing Asset Allocation Spreadsheets
  • Make sure clients reviews are maintained accordingly
  • Other Ad-hoc Administration

Knowledge:

  • CRM Software - Adviser Office
  • IT Systems - Outlook, MS Word, Excel
  • IFA Office procedures and compliance

Skills:
  • Excellent customer handling skills
  • Highly organised
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadline
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner

Education:
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or Law is desirable

NO PARKING ON SITE - TRAIN STATION NEAR BY

Salary up to £23,000 depending on experience

Hours - 9:00am - 5:30pm

Benefits after 3 months probation - Pension, Health care, Bonus - discretionary
