We are hiring for a vital, supporting role within our IQ Team (Intelligent Quantitative) and can be flexible to ensure hours align with both ours and your needs. 

Purpose of Role:

  • To provide day to day project support to ensure accuracy on research projects
  • To contribute to research activities to help build team and client satisfaction
  • To build effective relationships with internal and external colleagues
  • Act as an effective team member, with enthusiasm and creativity
  • To provide administrative support to the team

Core Job Responsibilities

To provide day to day project support to research executive team to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects

  • To perform routine tasks involving logistical support in the running of research projects, including, but not limited to,  liaising with external suppliers as necessary (working with project managers), and the preparation, writing & filing of documents
  • A key aspect of the role will be data entry (e.g. plotting data from Excel tables into PowerPoint and checking the numbers have accurately inputted)
  • Adverse Event monitoring and reporting for ongoing projects
  • Link checking
  • Team diary management
  • And other support function required by the team

To provide administrative support to the team

  • Support team in booking meetings internally and with clients
  • Support team in booking travel arrangements
  • Complete team expenses

To contribute to research activities to help build client satisfaction

  • To support research design through charting presentations from questionnaires
  • To fully understand the quant process 
  • To gain understanding of the business environment
  • To complete all administrative tasks in a timely and appropriate manner

To build effective relationships with internal and external colleagues

  • To liaise, communicate appropriately  and work effectively with manager, colleagues, internal teams and external resources
  • To communicate effectively
  • To be self –sufficient and curious

Act as an effective Cello Health Insight team member, with enthusiasm and creativity

  • Patient Safety is at the core of both ours and our client’s business activities.  All employees agree to complete any relevant training and perform Adverse Events reporting as required by the CLIENT’S Adverse Events reporting procedures and as advised by CELLO HEALTH INSIGHT
  • Adhering to Industry Guidelines -  Employees must complete and pass the BHBIA’s annual training on Legal and Ethical Guidelines and Adverse Event Reporting
  • Adhering to European Data Protection Law - All employees processing personal data while employed by Cello Health Insight must comply with European Data Protection Law. Cello Health Insight will provide training on GDPR and data safety.

Minimum Recruitment Criteria


A degree is not a requirement of this position but good numeracy and English/grammar skills preferred


No relevant experience required, some general work experience is preferred

  • Show evidence of ability to prioritise, multi-task and organise
  • Demonstrate data-analysis, synthesis and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficient: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel needed
