We are looking for a knowledgeable Route Contracts Manager to join our fast-growing work force based within LNW - London North Western Route. You will manage the track access income (including incentive regimes) and franchised estate income, to meet budgets and minimise risk.
You will provide expert advice and direction on service levels from suppliers to the route, in relation to quality and cost and be responsible for budgetary control of incentive regimes. You’ll also maintain the relationship with route customers on all contractual issues including access agreements, compensation regimes, invoicing and claims.
We require an individual who has excellent interpersonal skills and is commercially astute, persuasive and customer focussed. We want an effective team leader with proven people management skills and who also has knowledge of relevant contracts and contractual environment.
