So this is a tech role, but the single most important thing we’re looking for is someone that people like to work with. You’re the person people seek out to help or look to for guidance. not especially a BIG character, but someone that colleagues click with. Self aware, you’ll understand if this is you.
As a kid you may just have got a kick out of fixing stuff for people; helping them to understand tech, and quick to pick the new technologies yourself. You’ll willing to pitch in and learn as we’re constantly looking for opportunities to improve our digital offering to our colleagues and customers. We rarely stand still!
You’ll obviously enjoy the buzz of working in a pretty busy, enjoyable environment and we’ll give you as much flexibility and scope to fit your world in and around what we need to get done as we can.
Technically, exposure to ServiceNow (or at least a ServiceDesk environment) is a good thing. O365, Active Directory, remote access solutions, Windows OS etc will be your bread and butter. It won’t hurt to have experience in managing and maintaining mobile devices via an MDM platform.
