My client is a highly successful and very well established business, specialising in Recruitment.

Working as an integral part of the Recruitment Team, your primary duty will be to work alongside Recruitment Consultants, working on jobs to source suitable candidates for job roles and guide them through the recruitment process. You will also need to maintain regular contact with our contractors and ensure the company database is kept up to date.

The role would suit a bright and motivated individual with a genuine desire to achieve and make a difference. The company has many long standing employees and prides itself on growing successful Recruitment Consultants from within the resource team.

Responsibilities will include:

Using online job boards and our internal database to source suitable candidates
Telephoning and developing relationships with new and existing candidates
Calling client contacts during the recruitment process
Other tasks necessary to complete the role as requested whilst working within a small team.

To be considered you will have:

Excellent telephone manner; confident and comfortable on the phone
Dependable and hard working
Articulate with a good sense of humor
Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volumes of work
Team player
Keen eye for attention to detail
Solid GCSE education, but higher levels of education are preferred.

This role is working Monday to Friday, either 8am to 6pm, or 9am to 6.30pm on a 2 week shift basis, with 1 hour for lunch.
