In this role you will provide PA support to the HR Director including diary management, travel arrangements and expenses. You will also be using your advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to create presentations and reports and provide a full range of administrative support to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities of PA:
  • PA support including diary management, travel arrangements, expenses.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and generating reports.
  • Arranging on-site/off-site meetings, conference/video calls and organise catering as required.
  • Attending meetings - preparing agendas, collating of monthly reports and minute taking.
  • Recording staff sickness, ensuging self-certification forms are completed and updating internal systems.
  • Assist with new employee induction schedules, maintain induction materials and prepare packs for HR team.
  • Coordinating work experience schedules acting as a first point of contract to students.
  • Generate and send out monthly employee holiday report to line managers.
  • Organise events including charity days and annual party.
  • General document management (filing, faxing, scanning, printing etc.)
  • Generate reports, draft letters, memos and emails as required.
  • Raising purchase orders and obtaining authorisation.
  • Tracking team travel, timesheets and the approval of invoices.
  • Providing reception and administrative cover within HR dept as required.
  • Answering, screening and re-directing calls within the HR department.
  • Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Previous PA experience in a fast paced corporate company is essential.
  • Any HR experience would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
  • Good working knowledge of MS SharePoint, Visio, Project and Concur is beneficial.
  • Organised with a high level of accuracy and good attention to detail.
  • Strong proofreading and grammatical skills.
  • Ability to show discretion and respect confidentiality at all times.
