A varied role where you will be required to ensure the efficient functioning of the office is maintained through a range of Administrative, financial and managerial tasks. Taking complete ownership of the HQ reception area and supervising visitors and suppliers on site on a daily basis.

Our client are a privately owned International production company that provides use of their Facilities to produce and broadcast some of the largest Television events and shows. With over 3000 employees and bases in over 50 countries, they really are a leading player within their sector.

Description

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain office services and records by designing filing systems, organising office operations and procedures
  • Complete operational requirements by scheduling duties with suppliers and colleagues
  • Facilities management which includes the maintenance of kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms and all communal areas
  • Book and prepare meeting rooms for clients and visitors to the company
  • Stationery and stock area management
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems
  • Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Undertake administration and projects for HR, Finance and Coordinators where required
  • Manage any generic enquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain the accident book and work with the Health & Safety Committee to ensure risk assessments are undertaken and comply with the needs of the business and H&S law

Profile

To be successful for the role you must possess:
  • Must have previous client facing experience in a corporate environment
  • Exemplary time management skills and ability to work to very tight deadlines
  • A self-disciplined and reliable person
  • Prior experience of dealing with office maintenance and building management issues
  • Experience of H&S standards
  • Experience in using databases and in-house systems

Job Offer
