Client Executive - PMI Partnerships
Salary: Competitive

Location: Epsom, Surrey with some UK travel

Nuffield Health is Britain's largest not for profit healthcare business and we are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Client Executive to deliver outstanding customer service to insurance clients and build strong, trusting relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, upholding the brand ambassador values of Nuffield Health.

What you'll be doing...

Working closely with a Client Director, you'll liaise with key contacts at our Health Insurance partners to support all relationship management and business development activities. You will be responsible for creating and delivering client and internal management information and reports, and for coordination, preparation and follow up for client meetings. You will be a first point of contact for internal and external queries and manage these in a timely and effective manner, as well as managing the resolution of any complaints.

Other activities include:
  • Working with the Client Director to jointly develop innovations and identify opportunities for further business growth and a better customer experience
  • Being the first point of contact for a small portfolio of our smaller Health Insurance clients, building knowledge and understanding of their needs and how we can grow business with them.
  • Developing and maintaining quality working relationships across Nuffield Health, securing resources and support for clients as required.
  • Providing monthly and ad hoc reporting and management information to both the client organisations and internally, including financial performance and projections, contractual and operational KPI's.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data


What we'd be looking for from you...

You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong attention to detail and be highly organised and driven. You'll demonstrate strong commercial awareness and analytical skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.

An understanding of the Private Medical Insurance Market would be advantageous along with an understanding of hospital or physiotherapy services.
