Customer Services Executive

A great opportunity to join an expanding organistion. Providing first-line customer support for poicyholders and insurers.

Job Description:
  • Point of contact for insurance Policyholder
  • Manage your own claims from receipt to delivery of new vehicle
  • Analyse new vehicle quotes from at least 2 dealers
  • Maintain claim records using Salesforce
  • Working in a small team where you can make a difference
  • Ability to empathise with the Policyholder
  • Negotiation skills when speaking with Motor Dealers
  • Liaising with Finance Companies to gain approval for new vehicle

Person Specification:
  • Salesforce experience an advantage (although full training given)
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Knowledge of the motor industry preferred
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • GCSE in Maths and English at grade B preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook required

Additional Information:
  • Based in Leatherhead
  • £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
  • Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Parking available
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Full training provided
