Client Details

Our client is looking to maintain their continual growth and require an Office Administrator to help support them.

Description
  • Database management
  • Managing filing systems and archiving process
  • Welcome visitors to the office
  • Organise catering/refreshments for important client meetings
  • Process any ad-hoc requests made by Managing Director in a timely manner
  • Typing and Keeping records of all items ordered from suppliers
  • Any general ad hoc Admin duties required

Profile
  • Strong Customer Service experience is required
  • To have a strong understanding of Technology
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion at all times
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise work
  • Methodical and thorough
  • Works well under pressure
  • Self-motivated with ability to use initiative

Job Offer

On site Parking and a salary paying up to £23,000 with real career progression involved.
