Business Development Executive - Telesales The company - A successful, fast growing HR and Safety services provider with a current headcount of 50 staff and over 1000 clients ranging from SME's to FTSE250. They include Lush Cosmetics, Age UK, Warrington Wolves RLFC, the FA, Domino's Pizza and many more. The organisation has benefitted from considerable investment and has grown 30-40% year on year. A niche, quality service provider and enjoys a client renewal rate of over 95%. The role - selling and marketing a range of Employer Services to businesses and organisations of all size and industries. · Identifying potential markets and business decision makers. · Building a rapport with and arranging meetings with decision makers. · Communication and strategy planning with field based colleagues. · Working with the National Sales Manager, the Marketing Manager and Directors to identify and implement sales ideas and opportunities. The candidate - We are seeking candidates with a hunger for success, a determination to succeed and the skills or potential to achieve these. A pathway to a field sales or Management role awaits high achievers who are successful within the office environment. Candidates must possess either 12 months experience within a business to business telesales environment or a relevant degree (Marketing, Sales, Business Studies, HR, Etc).
