Credit Controller (Nights)

Position: Credit Controller 
Location: Bradford, BD4 6HN (commutable from Leeds, Huddersfield, Keighley and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 1 Permanent opportunities (Hours will consist of 12pm to 8am throughout summer and 10pm until 6am throughout winter); 2 contract opportunity approximately 8 months (Hours will consist of 12pm to 8am throughout summer and 10pm until 6am throughout winter) 
Salary: £Competitive

About the role: 

A unique opportunity for an experienced credit controller to work night shifts here at our Dawson Lane site. Working with our customers based throughout Australia, you will collect monies due on our accounts receivable ledger, bringing queries to a swift resolution, ensuring accounts are up to date and credit limits are not unduly effected. You understand a well-managed account means our customers can have the product their customers need, no matter the occasion. Not content with average, you’ll be keen to spot opportunities to improve the service you offer, confident in highlighting ways to continuously develop. 

About you: 

Ideally you will have experience of working in Credit Control and it’s your exceptional customer service, communication and data entry skills that will give you the edge in this role. We’d be really interested to speak with you if: 

- You’ve excellent attention to detail and easily prioritize to maximize every opportunity 
- You’ve experience of working in a customer facing role within Financial Service, Finance, Credit Control or similar industry 
- You’ve experience of resolving queries quickly, taking ownership to deliver the highest customer service experience 
- You hold an accreditation with Credit Management (AICM), this would be an advantage
