Ocean are seeking a strong Quality Control Executive with a high attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data. Candidates will be expected to have a high strong team working attitude and be able to deal with workloads under pressure.

The Role
  • Quality check all bookings and load onto TopDog
  • Send customer confirmations and tickets
  • Booking accommodation, tickets and transfers direct on supplier website
  • Assisting direct line manager as and when requested
  • Ensuring quality at every process
  • Completing amendments
  • Assures product reaches maximum results in terms of profit
  • Troubleshooting discrepancies, identify root cause and finding solution
  • Maintain personal audit log to capture completed bookings and track any errors
  • Proactively suggest and implement clever solutions to problems

  • Ability to establish personal networks
  • Previous experience of working in the travel industry
  • Previous experience of working in data input
  • Knowledge of Top Dog and Galileo
