Administrator - training will be provided
Assistant Administrator needed to join a small team of hands on customer service and support staff based at a dynamic company in EC1N.
The role will include:
- Completing advice notes and purchase orders.
- Entering jobs onto the system and administering them.
- Dealing with enquiries by email and phone.
- Supporting customers face to face.
- Assisting with reception duties.
- Dealing with visitors and deliveries.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good numeracy and communication skills.
All system training will be given.
