Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work for a fantastic employer based in the West Sussex area.

The main purpose of the Product Manager role is to be responsible for developing and enhancing the product proposition. You will also ensure the company products are the most appealing to customers, commercially well positioned and continuously improving.

Salary up to £34,000 plus excellent company benefits

What you will need:
  • Proven Product Management experience, ideally working within a hotel / hospitality / travel / leisure organisation
  • Must demonstrate prior experience and an understanding of what it takes to deliver outstanding product performance
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Proactive 'can do' attitude, inspiring and inquisitive, with the ability to lead, persuade and influence others to drive forward results
  • Objective decision making
  • Strong organisational skills whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Solid Excel experience
  • Experience working with financial budgets and profit and loss accounts

What you will do:
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure site's products are appealing to customers, commercially well positioned and continuously improving
  • Regular analysis of key performance indicators (eg revenue and occupancy) in order to feed your recommendations for making product improvements
  • Identify and deliver new physical and experiential product enhancements across the UK
  • Project manage the delivery of new product developments to ensure successful delivery to market, in the form of written product briefs, stakeholder management, training and presentations
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new product opportunities
  • Evaluate and identify gaps and opportunities for investment, divestment, and development

Salary up to £34,000 plus excellent company benefits
