Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Marylebone, Central London

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum

Our client, a well esablished business based in Central London, is looking for a conscientious and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their office-based team. This is a role suited to an individual who is eager and driven to develop their skills and progress their career.

Main Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
  • Answering telephone calls, acting as first point of contact for clients
  • Handling and resolving client queries in a timely manner
  • Carrying out business reviews to ensure client satisfaction
  • Attending client meetings and site visits
  • Entering data and updating the database regularly
  • Assisting with other administration tasks when required
  • Supporting the team with other ad hoc duties

Successful Candidate for the Customer Service Administrator role:
  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and able to prioritise a busy workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well as a team and independently
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM is desirable
