Assistant Operator Administrator

Exciting opportunity in a busy hire office.

Our client are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join their busy team based in Haddenham. They are looking for a junior who will work alongside and assist the operator manager.

Working for Europe's leading supplier for vacuum handling equipment, restricted access lifting machinery and mini cranes for the construction, rail and utility sectors amongst others. They are recognised for first rate customer service, exceptional growth and innovative technology in the plant and equipment industry.

  • Speak with operator agencies to source personnel for hires.
  • Source and recruit operators and agencies to work with the client
  • Assist operator administrator with daily tasks
  • Approving and reconciling operator invoices
  • Allocating operators on internal system
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Monitor and arrange any necessary training for operators

Experience Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to work as an individual and a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must
  • Confident making outbound calls
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Attention to detail
  • Training on internal systems will be given
