The company specialises in providing a portfolio of wellness and leisure products to the end user and operates from a well-equipped showroom located in a garden centre. The role requires good interpersonal and organisational skills and involves dealing with the customer in person, via email and over the phone and dealing with all aspects from initial enquiry to installation of the product. The role also involves dealing with suppliers and contractors. A typical day would involve: - Building rapport with customers through excellent customer service. - Processing orders and payments. - Always looking for opportunities to enhance the sales and customer experience through continuous improvement. - Maintaining a clean tidy and well merchandised shop and showroom. Previous experience of working in a sales or administrative role is preferred but finding the right person is the most important aspect and full training is provided. The hours for the job are flexible but will involve some weekend work as the showroom is open 7 days a week.
