A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join a privately owned, 2 rosette awarded restaurant within a 4-star hotel in Richmond, London. As a Chef de Partie, your duties will include • Utilising fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce. • Preparing food to 2 rosette standards. • Demonstrating creativity with food. • Ensuring standards of cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen areas and equipment are to the highest order and to wherever possible exceed local authority requirements. The successful Chef de Partie will have the following skills and experience: • Demonstrable experience showing progression. • NVQ level 2 or 3 and basic food hygiene or equivalent. • A good understanding of both classic and modern techniques. • A strong passion for food. • A willingness to learn. In return, a Chef de Partie will receive a salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum.
