We are looking for a Head of New Business to create new partnerships with likeminded businesses, so that we can make more people Smile! We're a registered charity and every penny we make is spent putting smiles on the faces of children and young adults with additional needs. The more venues we manage, the more people we reach, and the more smiles we can create. It's a simple plan.

Your job is to find suitable partners, work with them to create a win/win framework and then successfully on-board them. There's a bit more to it than that but that's the detail - and not for an advert!

This is a brand new position and you'll also be a key member of the senior management team and will want to positively contribute to the strategic direction of our charity.

Absolutely Leisure is an independent company and registered charity that operates a diverse range of leisure facilities in the Thames Valley and beyond. You're going to need experience!

To make this work you'll need to be a natural people person and leader with a track record of developing new business. And you'll want to have a hands-on approach to ensuring each new venue on-boards smoothly. Experience in our products is not essential and we would welcome applicants from backgrounds.

But most of all you have to share our values and our charity aims.
