Customer Service and Sales Administrator required in gorgeous Kendal for a wonderful business!

Your new company

A wonderful business in the Kendal area are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service / Sales Administrator to join their friendly team of customer service professionals. If you are a hard working person with the ability to build rapport over the telephone and work well in a team environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your new role

Your new role is a varied position that will ultimately involve taking orders, processing orders, up selling and supporting customers with product information. The business offer on going training to ensure you are a true customer service expert and are able to confidently discuss products in detail. A large part of your role will involve maintaining existing customer relationships and ensuring that all new customers are offered an outstanding service and in turn proceed to be loyal long term customers.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have 2-3 years experience in an office / Administration / Customer Service / Sales Administration role and more importantly be a bright, positive and enthusiastic person, who enjoys working in team environments. You will be IT Competent and have experience of using Microsoft packages and general CRM systems.

What you'll get in return

You will receive an excellent salary of £21,000 - £23,000 Per Annum, depending on level of experience in an office environment. You will enjoy working in a friendly team atmosphere, in a supportive environment, with on going training.
