Executive Assistant

Adecco are working exclusively with a global security company, who are dedicated to helping organisations to protect what's important through vigorous responsive and innovative security solutions.

We are seeking a committed and passionate Executive Assistant for our client to support the CEO & UK Director. You will focus your responsibilities through the provision of personalised and bespoke support to meet the needs of both positions. You have an ability to manage and comfortably adapt to changing demands and expectations yet maintain high levels of productivity and performance.

Expectations & Tasks:
  • Manage and coordinate CEO and UK Director schedules and agendas to include travel and accommodation.
  • Lead, plan and prepare for management meetings, coordinate logistics, manage sensitive and confidential data.
  • Collate prepare and publish management reports.
  • Manage, process and present executive level confidential information in support of business objectives.
  • Support creation of presentations and material for both internal and external audiences.
  • Craft and facilitate communications and announcements on behalf of Executive
  • Management of day to day expenses, receipts and records
  • Principal contact as CEO representative for leadership, employees, clients and other external partners.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to positively impact executive performance.
  • Identify improvements for the administrative function local and worldwide
  • HR Support in UK office:

Maintain the record of Personnel Data of the employees.
Assist the UK Director and Group HR Manager in conducting the HR operations.
Serve as a HR Point of Contact for the employees.
Coordinate employee engagement programs.

Skills & Experience:
  • Solid background working as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across business areas, based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, focused and reliable.
  • Excellent influencing, collaboration and delegation skills.
  • Dependable exercising discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, an ability to become proficient with company's specific software tools and technologies.
  • High energy and professional.
  • Superior organisational skills.

  • Degree level preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum A-C grades in English and Maths GCSEs.

What they offer:
  • £25,000 - £35,000.
  • 30am - 05.30pm.
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
