Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be supporting our client, a leader in the Financial Services industry, who are looking for an individual to join their Loans Administration team.

Providing general administration and processing support, you will be responsible for the processing and onboarding of all consumer and business customers and their lending agreements.

A high level of accuracy, you will enjoy working as part of a friendly team, whilst working to deadlines.

Duties:
  • Respond to customer queries (via e-mail, telephone)
  • Processing new agreements
  • Processing Bank Charges
  • Updating payment dates and cancellations
  • Liaise with internal and external customers
