This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Operations Coordinator to join a fast paced technology led business. The Operations Coordinator will be working closely with international teams and UK clients, the Operations Coordinator will play a key part in exciting new projects and work within a great team environment. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing new sales orders, cancellations, maintaining the company data reports while dealing with any enquires that may arise.

To apply for the Operations Coordinator role, you will possess previous admin and customer service skills. You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with enquires and complaints effectively and providing relevant solutions. You will have an upbeat approach to work and an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Through a pro-active approach to customer account management, build and strengthen relationships with clients by:
  • Responsible of processing new sales orders
  • liaising with clients and customers for delivery
  • Logging any required documentation/information onto the system
  • Ensuring documentation is sent promptly and to correct contact/s
  • Configuration of day to day reports including analysis of data
  • Promptly handling any required amendments to price / delivery
  • Processing cancellations quickly and efficiently

Essential Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach
  • To learn and understand all Operational processes
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Team Player - awareness of department workload and a willingness to offer assistance to any task
  • Customer-focussed and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and professional manner
