Compliance and Vetting Officer

Established for 15 years, Axcis Education is the market leading Special Education Needs Recruitment Company.

With offices throughout the UK and exclusive relationships with the National Autistic Society and NASEN, we provide teachers and support staff to schools, PRU's and SEND provisions nationwide.

We are currently recruiting a full time Administrator/ Vetting Officer to join our office in Liverpool as soon as possible.

This is a diverse and exciting role which may suit an applicant who is looking to develop their career in the field of SEND education recruitment .If you have a background in education and administration this could be the ideal opportunity to utilise all your skills!

We are ideally looking for someone who has excellent spoken and written communication skills and is highly organised .You will be meeting visitors to the office and therefore must be of smart appearance and be able to interact well with people from various backgrounds.

You will be involved in a range of varied duties which include:- Meeting and greeting teachers and teaching assistants- Answering the phone, message taking and screening calls- Performing online background checks and obtaining candidate references- Scanning data and updating the company database- Helping with timesheet and pay queries

You will also be supporting generally in the office and working closely with the consultants.

Salary is £16,500 - £18K depending on experience and benefits.

A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role is essential.
