Kays Medical is a company that has been supplying all manner of organisations with medical equipment, vaccines and health-related training for over 40 years. For some time they have been developing a comprehensive and leading Occupational Health Service capability, designed to offer an enhanced service offering to new and old customers nationwide in the specialist Occupational Health service provision space.

Kays pride themselves on offering tailored service provision to meet the wide and varied needs of a wide range of valued clients in a wide range of sectors. As with other service offerings, new Occupational Health service business is arriving daily and therefore we need committed Occupational Health service staff to help support the delivery of services, working with not only our valued and diverse customer group, but our clinical expertise.

Kay's Medical is seeking a dynamic Occupational Health Administrator with a wide variety of administrative and effective communication skills, who can support the clinical functions and varied client group whilst interfacing with other members of the Kays team based at the brand new head office in Liverpool.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to move into the occupational health and wellbeing sector. With a background in administrative support, ideally, with experience in a clinical setting, duties will include scheduling and correspondence work by telephone, email and the specific occupational health service portal. There is equally a good opportunity to influence how that work is undertaken, noting that a number of new service types are being brought online, and therefore there is real opportunity to enhance how services are practicably delivered with innovative ideas.

There is always equally an opportunity to test customer service skills, not only in the traditional sense of booking appointments and scheduling workloads with clinicians and customers directly but by helping to bring new services online and contributing to the Kays brand through enthusiasm and proactive application.

Whilst some activities may appear more mundane and will include booking appointments, managing case-loads and assuring active case progression, there is an important interface to develop appropriate management information, escalate cases of risk and recognise opportunities for service enhancement or improvement.

At Kays, we always think out of the box, as do our clients, and therefore we know that the right personalities will find this a tremendously rewarding opportunity to help shape the future of the OH and wellbeing services capability within Kays, and most importantly the health and wellbeing agenda for our valuable client employee groups.

Whilst full instruction will be given in the operation of appropriate specific software applications, we welcome applications from motivated and self-starting individuals with an eye for innovation and excellence.

There is also a potential opportunity to train within the role as an OH technician.
