Job Purpose:

Support the development of B2B strategic relationships, (customers, service providers and partnerships) to generate new business, enhance product and service portfolio's and ensure service provisions for our customers whilst maximising relationships and opportunity.


Support the Strategic Relationship Manager, in managing customer expectations, providing technical advice and driving the performance of service provider provisions, via data input into company systems, production of MI, to ensure we understand and provide service levels in line with customer requirements and to ensure service providers performance is managed and monitored to meet BG and customer expectations



  • Coordination of regular performance review meeting with service providers, ensuring MI is captured and presented to drive performance improvements
  • Ensure all company systems are accurately updated within a timely manner
  • Provide proactive support to the Strategic Relationship Manager ensuring safety rules and work practices, systems are accurately updated, preparation of governance slides
  • Provide technical advice and interpret service provider information to customers
  • Aid in managing multiple service providers and Key Account customer requirements
  • Production of sales to delivery hand over data, to ensure the delivery team have everything required to deliver a project
  • Coordination/communication with delivery and other departments to ensure customer needs are met on a bespoke basis
  • Assist the Strategic Relationship Manager in daily activities related to successful sale of infrastructure projects and the smooth transition into delivery


Essential Skills/Person Specification:

  • Gravitas, with the ability to build strong external relationships to enhance and strengthen the company's profile
  • Ability to interpret design gas or electricity ideally both, identification of risks
  • Knowledge of planning and TMA
  • Working knowledge and experience in construction, technical and industry knowledge to manage/mitigate risk.
