Customer Service Advisor - Arabic Speaking 

The Next International Department is growing at a rapid rate. They are a unique and diverse team, with lots of opportunity to learn, be creative and move the International Department positively forward. 

Consisting of 3 Call centres in Leicester, Russia and Pune, they take an average 16,000 calls, receiving emails and chat from 71 countries, in multiple languages. 

Position: Customer Service Advisor - Arabic Speaking 
Location: Enderby, Leicester 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: Full Time & Part time, minimum of 20 hours per week working between the hours of 6am to midnight 
Salary: £10.83 per hour plus as additional £1 when working at the weekend

About the role: 

You’ll be part our International Language Customer Service Team providing exceptional services to our customers all over the world whenever they need us.

Here at Next we’re committed to providing a friendly, helpful service to our online customers that contact us. This could be booking in a delivery, sorting out a missing parcel or dealing with a faulty product but you’ll put the customer first. 


- Give exceptional customer service by truly listening to the customer and resolving their queries. 
- Treat every customer like it’s your first and only customer that day. 
- Navigate through various computer systems, liaise with other teams across Next if required. 
- Work to set Key Performance Indicators and Standard Level Agreements. 
- Engage with customers and colleagues, creating a people focused work culture. 

We are looking for people who are as passionate about customer service as we are, and who have ideally worked in a call centre before. We provide 4 weeks of in-depth, full time paid training to ensure you know everything you need to know to resolve our customer enquiries. 

About you: 

With previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre environment, you’ll be a team player with excellent communication skills, working in a fast paced environment you’ll be extremely self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail. You'll be up for a challenge, and enjoy sorting out customers' problems so they're able to continue to shop with us. 

- Be fluent in both English and Arabic. 
- You’ll be a natural problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box. 
- Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner. 
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
