Homes England has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Assistants to join the HR Team. This key role will provide an effective, professional and dedicated HR service to Homes England employees. The role will allow the candidate to gain experience in a wide range of transactional HR areas, touching on the whole employee lifecycle and supporting the organisation in delivery of the ambitious people programme that is underway as part of the recently launched Homes England.
Homes England has been given an expanded remit and fresh powers to fix the broken housing market and this will mean a period of opportunity and rapid expansion in the size of the organisation. This is an exciting time to be part of the HR team as we support and enable Homes England through this period of growth and change.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills ideally gained within an HR shared services environment and with experience of HR systems, recruitment, payroll or pensions.
