Land and Property Technical Administrator
About the Role
A 6 month Fixed Term Contract has arisen with Aster’s Property Investment Team for a Land and Property Technical Administrator. We are seeking an approachable and conscientious individual to join the team and to provide administrative and IT support primarily with the Tenant Permission and DFG (Disabled Facility Grant) portfolios but additionally for a variety of land transactions and enquiries as required.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team who can positively contribute towards the maintenance and development of the Tenant Permission portfolio as we move towards the First Touch 360 project. The role performs a broad range of additional administrative duties including the daily operation of the DFG portfolio and candidates must utilise their first-rate administration and communication skills to willingly assist colleagues in day to day operations.
Your keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work within timescales are all attributes which will enable you to fulfil this role effectively.
Your helpful nature and positive attitude towards your work and desire to achieve the highest level of customer service and business outcomes mean you are willing and able to assist and communicate with colleagues and customers as a representative of Aster.
You will have experience of Microsoft databases and have an eye for data input.
