About the role:
The options appraisal team carries out carries out the identification of underperforming assets (properties, garages and commercial premises) in the review of investment options including; disposals, conversions and/or refurbishments to generate income in accordance with Aster's business plan for the provision of more homes.
Your keen attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to work within timescales are all attributes which will help you to fulfil this role effectively. You will be passionate about delivering high quality customer service and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You will have the ability to work as part of a team with a can do attitude, as well as working confidently by yourself. Be confident in developing strong and productive working relationships with peers, external contacts and other colleagues. Experience of Microsoft programmes is essential with a keen eye for data input and analytical skills. You will hold a full driving licence or the ability to travel around the local vicinity.
