We are looking for a responsible Administrator to join our expanding team based within Route LNW - London North Western. You will support the wider business by taking the lead on locating and collating technical data, records and other important information. You’ll work very closely with the Service Manager and provide a proactive service to a large diverse team.
You will be required to analyse different types of data and present back in various forms, with recommended actions. The wide range of administrative duties will include everything from minute taking through to managing technical plans and vehicle management.
We are looking for an individual who has is able to build relationships with key stakeholders and has a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The individual should be able to work under pressure and have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
