About the Role:

 

We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer (Home Ownership) Job Share (22.5 hours per week Mon - Tues -Wed ) to join our team based in Wiltshire, you will provide a good housing management service to all leaseholders and shared owners.

Working as a member of a dispersed team to provide a high quality housing management service incorporating good standards and best practice. Strive to continually improve standards and to promote the Group to its customers and contacts.  Liaise with Aster Development ’ Sales and Marketing team to ensure a seamless service for all home ownership customers.   Visit with new home ownership customers ensuring they understand their responsibilities under their lease and/or tenancy agreement, and the service you will provide to them.

 

About You :

You will show commitment to service improvements and improved outcomes for customers. Have experience of working as a member of a team providing customer focussed services.

Have knowledge of current housing issues and of housing law, knowledge of Leasehold and Shared Ownership Management would be desirable.

Have knowledge of  managing expectations of home owners reporting Anti Social Behaviour. Signpost to the Anti Social Behaviour team where any ASB reported by a homeowner involves a tenant as either victim or alleged perpetrator. Signpost to other agencies such as local authorities or the police.
