We are seeking a respected, professional leader to become the new Deputy Director for Digital Health and Care for the Scottish Government.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in establishing the structure that incorporates teams currently leading work on eHealth and Technology Enabled Care.

You will be expected to provide strategic leadership, direction and oversight of the digital health and care agenda across Scotland.

We expect the Deputy Director for Digital Health and Care to be an excellent team player working closely with commercial providers and a range of statutory and non-statutory organisations, civil service colleagues and stakeholders to improve the quality and efficiency of health and care services and thereby improve outcomes for citizens.

This is a permanent and pensionable SCS appointment. Secondment from your existing employer may also be considered. Relocation expenses may be available.
