The Operations Division is at the heart of the delivery of Cambridge International's examinations, ensuring that the assessment is administered and processed professionally, on time, securely and accurately.

The Results & Despatches team are responsible for despatching non-confidential and confidential examination material, issuing electronic and hard copy results and managing post results services such as enquiries about results, certifying statements and replacement certificates. The successful applicants will fill position in the enquiry about results team, with time spent in our Exams Processing team. We'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed. One thing you must bring and share is a great attitude. What we do is important and we are passionate about exceeding our own and our customers' expectations.

What you'll be doing

Put simply, this role is about candidates and quality. You will be working as part of a team to ensure the success of examination series, providing candidates with the right grade, first time, every time. You will be required at times to move between our offices in Cambridge and Whittlesford.
