Your new role is with a global construction solutions company based in Reading.

Your new role
This role will be working in a contemporary and modern office with fantastic facilities, where you will be front of house and the first point of contact for all clients.

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Ensuring all guests are greeted
  • Meeting rooms are managed and all other on-site facilities
  • Ordering and management of supplies and catering
  • Dealing with suppliers Kitchen duties - making sure everything is stocked regularly
  • Administrator duties
  • Ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential. As well as this, you will need to be able to work under pressure, have a can-do proactive manner, strong administration skills and the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
