A confident Sales Administrator is now needed for a welcoming and expanding business in Letchworth. You'll be a competent Administrator who enjoys working within a sales environment without the pressure of targets who gains job satisfaction from providing an efficient and organised administrative support to the entire Business Development team. You'll be working in a calm environment and will enjoy working as part of a team in an open plan office.

Sales Administrator - Job Overview

As a sales administrator your duties will include;

  • Updating all contact and contract information for clients
  • Processing sales leads for the wider team to access
  • Proactively dealing with all phone calls and emails from clients
  • Producing reports from sales information for internal teams
  • Arranging appointments for the team; arranging travel and accommodation when needed
  • Efficiently complete all administrative work


Sales Administrator - Skills & Experience Required
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience gained within a team and/or sales environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Confident MS Office skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
